TERMS OF SALE

 

This section deals with conditions relating to the sale of products by Evolve Publishing to you and relating to the sale of products by third parties to you via this web site.

ORDER

1. When you place an order to purchase a subscription or back issue from this website, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a subscription/back issue which is accepted by us only when your credit card/debit card/other payment is authorized or received.

2. If your order is not accepted, we will contact you and explain why your order has been declined.

3. We publish up to 13 times a year on most titles. The prices displayed on the website include delivery costs. There is no VAT payable on magazine subscriptions. Please note that all purchases are made in Sterling. For Overseas orders, the price you pay will be dependant on the exchange rate of your credit card company and may fluctuate.

DELIVERY

4. Your subscription will begin from the next available issue from your order being accepted. Your order will be processed as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your first issue.

5. All further issues will be mailed to you on, or around, the on sale date of the magazine.

6. If you are renewing a subscription it will start when your current subscription expires, or immediately if it has already expired.

7. If your subscription comes with a free gift, please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your gift from acceptance of your order.

8. If you order back issues, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery from acceptance of your order.

REFUND POLICY

9.As part of our guarantee of value, if you wish to cancel your subscription at any time you can do so. We will refund the balance on your account taking into consideration the following:

9.1. Where you have received a discounted subscription over an agreed term, all mailed issues will be charged to your account at full cover-price.

9.2. If you have received a free gift as part of your order, the full-price of the gift and postal charges will be deducted from any money due to you.

10. Parties (“Third Parties”) other than Evolve Publishing and its subsidiaries operate stores, provide services, or sell product lines from this website. For example, businesses and individuals offer products via our Store and direct link via banner advertising. In addition, we provide links to the websites of affiliated companies and certain other businesses. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant or endorse the offerings of any of these businesses or individuals, or the content of their websites. Evolve Publishing does not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, and content of any of these and any other third-parties. You should carefully review their privacy statements and other conditions of use.
